Strategic Plan

In 1992, the organization developed its first strategic plan that was updated annually until 2000.  In 2001, the ICC’s Board of Directors completed a comprehensive strategic five-year plan to build the capacity of the organization, expand its services, and set the direction and goals for the organization.  In 2007, the ICC created a new three-year strategic plan in partnership with Business Improvement District #37. 

Below are the five goals in the ICC's current strategic plan:

• Create a safe environment in the 30th Street Industrial Corridor in which to live and work.

• Proactively increase the visibility and positive perception of the 30th Street Industrial Corridor.

• Create and maintain a supportive environment for the retention and attraction of businesses.

• Lead the development and redevelopment renaissance in the 30th Street Industrial Corridor.

• Foster business to workforce relationships.
